Women's Baseball Tryouts (Postponed) Friday, April 21, 2006 TRYOUTS POSTPONED!!! April 30 and May 7 tryout dates will be rescheduled. Please stay tuned for more information.Please register online under EVENTS! Would you like the chance to play America's favorite national pastime on a first class professional baseball diamond? We are looking for committed and competitive players to tryout for the New England Division of the North American Women's Baseball League (NAWBL). In addition to a 15 game schedule and practices, each team will compete in the League Championship Series with the winning team qualifying for the 2nd NAWBL Tournament of Champions. In 2004, the Saints of the N.E. Division took home the gold in this event, defeating teams from Canada and New York. In addition, all league players have the chance of being selected for the Lady Spirit All-Star Team who has traveled to tournaments throughout the United States, Canada, the Dominican Republic and Japan. Players of all ages are encouraged to attend. *$10.00 Tryout registration fee for all players due at sign up* *Players are encouraged to attend all tryout dates* Looking forward to an exciting 2006 Season! |
